What is MOMENTUM?
Blended Learning Approach:
MOMENTUM is a mindfulness-based program designed to enhance emotional intelligence and resilience in everyday professional life.
With MOMENTUM, we pursue an integrative learning approach, i.e. we combine different learning formats. This approach is characterized by numerous advantages. The interaction of the individual formats increases learning performance and motivation, reduces learning time and improves cooperation within the group.
Possible Formats of MOMENTUM:
Inhouse Online
Our classic, digital format contains 7 two-hour online live sessions via Zoom or Teams.
In Person
Alternatively, we offer the course as a face-to-face version with 1.5 days on site and 6 live online training sessions of 45 minutes each.
Open Courses
The open courses are open to everyone and offer an enriching exchange through diverse perspectives.
