How did you get into mindfulness and why did you stick with it?
What role does mindfulness play in your life?

Mindfulness-based practices have been part of my everyday life since my studies and yet for many years there was a separation between my professional activity and my mindfulness practice. It was only through a professional crisis and reorientation that I was able to integrate mindfulness as a fundamental way of being in the world.

I cultivate this perspective on life through regular practice, annual retreats, further training and exchanges with other practitioners. In recent years, my practice has expanded to include mindful work with inner personality parts (IFS), which I deeply value in all areas of life and actively share with others.

What is your motivation/purpose for your work as a MOMENTUM trainer?

I am convinced that the more complex the external crises become, the more inner stability and direction we need. Even and especially in times of social media and AI, we need people who know who they are. Mindfulness can help us to perceive ourselves anew and stay in touch with ourselves and the moment in order to face the challenges of everyday life from this stable and open attitude. This attitude is so valuable to me that I like to support people in finding or deepening their access to mindfulness.

As a MOMENTUM trainer, where do you most clearly see the importance and effectiveness of mindfulness training for companies?

I see that the MOMENTUM program changes one's awareness of oneself and one's interaction with others. It fosters inner clarity, alignment, and a deeper connection to life. As a result, people make decisions that enhance inner stability amid external changes, create space for creativity, and support personal well-being, collaboration, and environmental sustainability.

What do you think makes the MOMENTUM program unique?

The MOMENTUM program succeeds in making mindfulness tangible and applicable specifically for the work context. It is as compact as possible to find a place in the working week and as well-founded as necessary to make the essentials tangible.
